Bri and Katie were so key and helpful for our wedding day. I knew I was very organized and planned well, but I really wanted people I trusted day of to ensure every little detail was executed as I envisioned. Even though they were technically our month of planners, they were helpful months prior in recommending vendors, helping us find people to use for certain aspects, and even helped us store MANY of our items the month of our wedding.
The weekend of, they were exactly what we needed - even more so for our families and the bridal parties, just making sure everyones items were where they were supposed to be all day long, and ensuring everything was set up as we hoped. They even went above and beyond and got our ketubah framed to ensure it was safe on display during our reception. From months prior, through the very end of the night (also HUGE HELP making sure everything was in our room while we partied), checking on our dog!!.. having those trusted extra hands were extremely key, and we truly appreciated it!Photo Credit: Hannah Photography

We are beyond grateful for the incredible support Bri and Katie provided throughout our wedding journey. Planning a somewhat DIY wedding with a complex ceremony and reception transfer was no easy task, but they handled it all with grace, organization, and calm expertise. From managing all vendor communications to fine-tuning our timeline, their attention to detail and professionalism kept everything running smoothly in the weeks leading up to the big day.
On the day itself, they were everywhere—helping me as the bride, coordinating vendors, assisting my mom and our loved ones with reception setup, and making sure every little moment happened just the way we envisioned. Their presence allowed us to truly enjoy our day without stress, and I genuinely can’t imagine how we would have pulled it off without them. They were truly the glue that held everything together.
Highly recommend to any couple looking for a planner who will go above and beyond!

The Event Sisters are beyond amazing. We hired The Event Sisters for our wedding in September 2024. We had met with other wedding planners but once we met Katie and Bri, we knew we had found our people. From the first zoom meeting, they were reassuring and helpful. We worked closely with Bri and I cannot say enough about how amazing she is. She helped calm every worry I had and when she saw I was getting overwhelmed, she took the reins for me. Our wedding would not have been possible without her. The day ran smoothly because of her hard work. They made sure everyone stuck to the schedule, which was a big deal for me. She made sure my husband and I were having a good time and saved food for us and brought it to our rooms. Bri was a saving grace and my only regret was I didn't get to give her a huge hug at the end of the night. I highly recommend The Event Sisters!

Katie and Bri planned an amazing 200+ plus person wedding for my wife and I at Magic Mountain in Southern Vermont in 2024. With us being out of state, they were incredibly helpful with finding vendors and we could rely on them to be on the ground while we couldn't be. All of the events (rehearsal, welcome drinks, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing) went perfectly. There are too many instances of them saving the day to count, but a big one was them dropping everything to drive thirty minutes to pick up the desserts for the rehearsal that I had forgotten to pick up.
I want to emphasize that it was a very elaborate event with a large number of guests in a rural location. We had the dinner in a tent outside of the lodge which entailed moving the guests a few hundred yards away and then back to the lodge for dancing. We had a crazy complicated multicultural wedding and the event sisters made it happen! They had so much attention to detail, care, and thoughtfulness, they really made our wedding a success!

The Event Sisters were the absolute MVPs of our wedding… they made the whole three days run so seamlessly, I truly can’t imagine the wedding as a success without them. They provided the assurance and organization we needed for a successful weekend, as a bride with anxiety, this was essential… I can’t imagine our wedding without their help!

After we had all our vendors set, we were struggling with the details and bringing everything together. After our first meeting with Bri and Katie, we knew they could make our vision come to life. We were blown away by how quickly they got us organized, seamlessly took over communications, and kept track of every little detail. Additionally, they were both always responsive and ready with answers or recommendations for any questions that we had along the way. The day would not have been the same without them! They were not only hard-working and knowledgeable, but so so fun to be around. With Event Sisters, we were able to celebrate without a care in the world.

My wife and I used The Event Sisters "Full Wedding Planning" services for our wedding this past July. From the beginning of the planning process they were so helpful and communicative. They helped us select amazing vendors, saving us hours of research. We do not live in Vermont and having them in-state to be able to leverage their relationships with local businesses was incredible. Initially we were hesitant to use a planner given that it was a backyard wedding but I can't express how grateful I am that we did. They were able to put out so many fire and let us focus on what matters - Marrying each other! One of our shuttles got stuck and had to get hauled out by a giant tow truck and we didn’t even know until the next day! I can't imagine trying to handle that ourselves. Having someone to help us navigate the whole process was awesome. We would give them 10 stars if it was possible and encourage all prospective couples planning their wedding to utilize The Event Sisters services. They are the best you will find!

We had a destination wedding, planning long distance from Seattle, Washington and arriving in Vermont just a few days ahead of our wedding. Katie and Bri were invaluable in helping us have the wedding of our dreams. They helped us find the perfect Vermont vendors and design every last detail of our wedding weekend. We met with them many times leading up to the wedding, and they tirelessly answered our emailed questions. Katie and Bri are such knowledgeable and seasoned professionals that we had complete trust in them, and it was well-founded! We were so thrilled with how the weekend turned out! Katie and Bri were so helpful during the weekend in coordinating all the moving pieces. They worked so hard to coordinate all five of our wedding events for our 75 out of town guests. They put our minds at ease, were always there when we needed them, and handled every problem for us. They also took charge of designing the reception based on our vision. When we walked in the barn for the first time we were so amazed with how gorgeous the reception turned out. Not only are the Event Sisters detail-oriented, they are also so creative and did their own calligraphy for some of our wedding signage. We are so grateful to everything that Katie and Bri did to make our wedding weekend magical down to the last detail. They are such talented wedding planners who put so much passion into the events that they plan.

I don’t think I would have survived this past year without Katie and Bri! They helped us plan and execute our son and his partners wedding beyond our wildest expectations!!! All while being so kind, patient and incredibly detail oriented. They never hesitated on a challenge and always made sure to keep us calm. Bri stepped up to the challenge and pulled it OFF. She literally stepped in to our wedding 4 days before and took over and truly was SO helpful and SO professional. Our wedding was a big, intricate wedding with LOTS of moving pieces and Bri kept her composure the whole time, made me feel validated for feeling stressed, and was so assuring the whole time. She did more for me and our wedding than the previous planner did in over a year and a half. I cannot thank her or recommend her enough. If you need a great planner - she is your girl!!!

We cannot recommend the Event Sisters highly enough! We used their month of planning package as we were planning a DIY-heavy wedding (on a family property, already had some vendors picked, lots of family involvement) and they did such a great job at making me feel like we were on the right track throughout planning, answering the many many questions that popped up over the year of planning, and then fully taking the reigns in the final days and coordinating last minute vendor questions, decorating the reception space, navigating a short summer rain burst with a rain delay ahead of our outdoor ceremony, and Bri even helping fix a wedding dress bustle last minute when it was not working. Bri (and Katie - we just primarily worked with Bri) is everything we wanted in a planner - organized, dependable, and genuinely caring about helping you have your best wedding experience. There were also so many little touches where Bri made everything easier.

The Event Sisters were phenomenal at helping us to plan our wedding - we'd recommend them to anyone looking for supportive, thorough, and caring planners! Katie and Bri made us feel at ease and helped to guide us through the planning process leading up to the big day…reliable and prompt with communication. At our wedding, they were prepared with anything we would've needed, including tools to fix my bustle when it broke. Bri expertly repaired my husband's boutonniere and we felt so comforted that they had our backs on a potentially high-stress day. We were able to fully relax and have fun, knowing that Katie and Bri were there for us! They even delivering our cards, gifts, and extra meals to our hotel room, which we enjoyed after such a busy day. Katie and Bri went above and beyond to find artists to create custom cake toppers of our dogs when our Etsy order fell through at the last minute. This extremely thoughtful act was just one example of the level of care and hard work they put in to make their events special.
