Katie and Bri planned an amazing 200+ plus person wedding for my wife and I at Magic Mountain in Southern Vermont in 2024. With us being out of state, they were incredibly helpful with finding vendors and we could rely on them to be on the ground while we couldn't be. All of the events (rehearsal, welcome drinks, ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing) went perfectly. There are too many instances of them saving the day to count, but a big one was them dropping everything to drive thirty minutes to pick up the desserts for the rehearsal that I had forgotten to pick up.
I want to emphasize that it was a very elaborate event with a large number of guests in a rural location. We had the dinner in a tent outside of the lodge which entailed moving the guests a few hundred yards away and then back to the lodge for dancing. Everything went perfectly during our weekend and it was all because of their incredible work. We could not recommend them enough. -

My wife and I used The Event Sisters "Full Wedding Planning" services for our wedding this past July. From the beginning of the planning process they were so helpful and communicative. They helped us select amazing vendors, saving us hours of research. We do not live in Vermont and having them in-state to be able to leverage their relationships with local businesses was incredible. Initially we were hesitant to use a planner given that it was a backyard wedding but I can't express how grateful I am that we did. They were able to put out so many fire and let us focus on what matters - Marrying each other! One of our shuttles got stuck and had to get hauled out by a giant tow truck and we didn’t even know until the next day! I can't imagine trying to handle that ourselves. Having someone to help us navigate the whole process was awesome. We would give them 10 stars if it was possible and encourage all prospective couples planning their wedding to utilize The Event Sisters services. They are the best you will find!

We had a destination wedding, planning long distance from Seattle, Washington and arriving in Vermont just a few days ahead of our wedding. Katie and Bri were invaluable in helping us have the wedding of our dreams. They helped us find the perfect Vermont vendors and design every last detail of our wedding weekend. We met with them many times leading up to the wedding, and they tirelessly answered our emailed questions. Katie and Bri are such knowledgeable and seasoned professionals that we had complete trust in them, and it was well-founded! We were so thrilled with how the weekend turned out! Katie and Bri were so helpful during the weekend in coordinating all the moving pieces. They worked so hard to coordinate all five of our wedding events for our 75 out of town guests. They put our minds at ease, were always there when we needed them, and handled every problem for us. They also took charge of designing the reception based on our vision. When we walked in the barn for the first time we were so amazed with how gorgeous the reception turned out. Not only are the Event Sisters detail-oriented, they are also so creative and did their own calligraphy for some of our wedding signage. We are so grateful to everything that Katie and Bri did to make our wedding weekend magical down to the last detail. They are such talented wedding planners who put so much passion into the events that they plan.

I don’t think I would have survived this past year without Katie and Bri! They helped us plan and execute our son and his partners wedding beyond our wildest expectations!!! All while being so kind, patient and incredibly detail oriented. They never hesitated on a challenge and always made sure to keep us calm. Bri stepped up to the challenge and pulled it OFF. She literally stepped in to our wedding 4 days before and took over and truly was SO helpful and SO professional. Our wedding was a big, intricate wedding with LOTS of moving pieces and Bri kept her composure the whole time, made me feel validated for feeling stressed, and was so assuring the whole time. She did more for me and our wedding than the previous planner did in over a year and a half. I cannot thank her or recommend her enough. If you need a great planner - she is your girl!!!

We cannot recommend the Event Sisters highly enough! We used their month of planning package as we were planning a DIY-heavy wedding (on a family property, already had some vendors picked, lots of family involvement) and they did such a great job at making me feel like we were on the right track throughout planning, answering the many many questions that popped up over the year of planning, and then fully taking the reigns in the final days and coordinating last minute vendor questions, decorating the reception space, navigating a short summer rain burst with a rain delay ahead of our outdoor ceremony, and Bri even helping fix a wedding dress bustle last minute when it was not working. Bri (and Katie - we just primarily worked with Bri) is everything we wanted in a planner - organized, dependable, and genuinely caring about helping you have your best wedding experience. There were also so many little touches where Bri made everything easier.

Katie and Bri made us feel at ease and helped to guide us through the planning process leading up to the big day…reliable and prompt with communication. At our wedding, they were prepared with anything we would've needed, including tools to fix my bustle when it broke. Bri expertly repaired my husband's boutonniere and we felt so comforted that they had our backs on a potentially high-stress day. We were able to fully relax and have fun, knowing that Katie and Bri were there for us! They even delivering our cards, gifts, and extra meals to our hotel room, which we enjoyed after such a busy day. Katie and Bri went above and beyond to find artists to create custom cake toppers of our dogs when our Etsy order fell through at the last minute. This extremely thoughtful act was just one example of the level of care and hard work they put in to make their events special.

Katie and Bri did the planning for our son and daughter in law's wedding last weekend. It was held at our small farm and I was so nervous to host. They made everything so very easy. Their professionalism and organization made the months of planning and the day just amazing. What a team they are! From managing vendors to giving us timelines and checklists, they exceeded all expectations. The day of the wedding they worked from morning until late in the night when the last guests left and everything was packed up and put away. Do not hesitate to contract with them, you will not be disappointed!

5 stars all around. My wife and I threw a mini music festival for our wedding. Katie and Bri realized our vision almost immediately and helped bring it to life. They were open to our ideas but also used their expertise and experience to make sure our vision would actually work and that guests would be happy. During the event, they worked so hard to make sure everything ran smoothly. They were really the engine behind our crazy event and made it move forward with no hiccups. The team they brought were also extremely helpful and really nice. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

The Event Sisters did an amazing job on my summer wedding! I typically can be a control freak... however knowing they had it all under control the week leading up to my wedding and the day of was such a stress relief! I actually was able to relax the entire day with my bridal party (evening wedding) laughing and having a great day catching up... the girls were great in making sure no one was bugging us that wasn’t suppose to be and that we were fed! Also they brought my vision to life with their excellent creativity!!! Everyone had a wonderful time and The Event Sisters kept everyone involved and every detail moving! So happy with my decision!!! We hired Katie as our Month of Coordinator, and other than saying yes to my now husbands proposal, it was the best decision I made during the entire wedding process! Katie was highly organized, thoughtful, kind and just an all around incredible human being.
We were planning our wedding in Vermont from New York City, and her deep understanding of how weddings are planned and executed in the area was worth its weight in gold. When we had challenges with our vendors, she took care of it, when I had questions about wedding protocol in the area she answered with patience and kindness.

The Event Sisters team is truly wonderful. I planned my wedding largely on my own, but a few months into the process realized that I needed some extra support to help the actual day run smoothly. After some searching, I found The Event Sisters and was immediately impressed by their thoroughness, flexibility, and professionalism. Katie went above and beyond for me - she was extremely responsive and was always available to answer texts and emails, and she thought of so many details that never would have occurred to me. She made multiple site visits, some on short notice, and brought really great insight, experience, and vision to our meetings, offering great suggestions and opinions but always maintaining flexibility if I decided to go in another direction or couldn't make up my mind. She put in so much work in the weeks leading up to the event, reworking our timeline multiple times until it was perfect, taking over all vendor communication, and helping to calm me down when issues arose and I started to get stressed.
On the day of, Katie was a constant presence, always checking in with me and helping things move along and generally making sure I was having fun. I was completely stress-free and it ended up being a completely perfect event from start to finish, and I credit that in large part to Katie and her team. It was the best day ever and I can't imagine having done it without the Event Sisters. I HIGHLY recommend them!

We hired Katie as our month of coordinator for our Vermont wedding in September 2019. She was incredibly responsive and so helpful to us leading up to our wedding day- from contacting vendors on our behalf, to keeping us organized with an extensive checklist that helped us stay right on track. When it came to the day of, we were so thankful to have Katie there to help make sure everything fell into place as we had planned- it was such a relief that truly helped us get through the day with no stress!
