Formerly known as “Day of Coordinator”, we prefer to work with you for the month leading up to your wedding, rather than walking in to your event cold. We want to get to know you, your family, and your vision for one of the biggest days of your life.

You have planned your wedding day to a tee, you designed every detail and are just ready to sit back and enjoy your big day. We are happy to let you relax while we ensure that your big day goes according to plan.

As with all of our packages, two Event Coordinators will be onsite on the day of your wedding for 12 hours, as well as up to 2 hours on the day before your wedding for your Rehearsal and/or Welcome event(s).

You already have the basics but you need some help bringing everything together? We are here to step in and take over the stress, design the details, and create the event you have envisioned.

With this package, you will have access to Aisle Planner, our planning software that allows you to make notes about vendors; track RSVPs; create your layout and seating chart; and manage your budget. We provide two Event Coordinators onsite for 12 hours on the day of your wedding and up to 6 hours on the day before your wedding for your Rehearsal, Welcome event(s), and/or setup.

From beginning to end we are there to help you every step of the way. You will have access to unlimited emails, calls, and texts with your personal event planner leading up to your big day.

This package includes expanded access to our Aisle Planner software; custom Event Design assistance; Personalized Budget Tracking and Assistance; Vendor Consultations and Vetting; multiple Venue Visits prior to your event; and more. We provide two Event Coordinators onsite for 12 hours on the day of your wedding and up to 8 hours on the day before your wedding for setup, Rehearsal, and your Rehearsal/Welcome dinner events.
