Test Your Signature Drinks

Hey – the Super Bowl is tomorrow!  As we suggest every year, what better excuse is there to try out your signature drinks on your friends and family??

Batch cocktails are really easy to have on hand for quick service to your guests, especially when the bar can be rather crowded at the beginning of drink service. Sangria is by far one of our favorites to serve.  There are so many options to personalized to your tastes and the seasons.  Here are a few of our favorites:

Spring Time: The mix of berries and lemons in the Raspberry Sangria from Stress Baking will please your guests’ taste buds. 

Summer: Joyous Apron’s Peach Sangria is the perfect refresher for a warm summer afternoon.

Fall: Sally’s Banking Recipe’s Apple Cider Sangria, infused with cinnamon sticks and brandy is just delicious!

Winter: Try The Pioneer Woman’s Cranberry Orange Sangria for a deeper red sangria that’s perfect for cold temps. 

Mocktails are another hot trend right now and they are very easy to make in batches.  A simple Lemon-Basil Mojito Mocktail or some Raspberry Lemonade and Sweetened Ice Team will please anyone’s pallet and are wonderful year round.  Plus, they are economical and easy, so your bar budget can a little go further.

And finally, let’s celebrate the Vegas scene – both for this year’s Super Bowl and its history as the marriage capital of the world. How about a Poker Face?  A delicious mix of Tequila, Cointreau and pineapple juice, it’s the kind of fruity refreshing that will have your guests going back for more.  Plus – you can add a little local flare to your bar with a Vermont crafted tequila from our friends at Still on the Mountain!
